Non-Invasive clumping Bamboo provides an optimal privacy barrier when planted in a hedge. A properly planted bamboo hedge (see our planting recommendations) will fill in faster than any other plant and many varieties will also provide windbreak. At Yellow Seed Bamboo Nursery our bamboo specialists would love to help you make the perfect species selection for your bamboo hedge needs. Before contacting us here are some things to think about:
How long of a hedge do you want?
How tall is the maximum height you are looking for?
What is the maximum width your planting space will allow?
What is the elevation and region of the planting site?
Will the hedge get direct wind or is their some protection for the bamboos?
Approximately how much rain do you get per year?
What kind of aesthetics are you looking for
