Beautiful green/white variegated foliage with green small diameter culms, up to one inch.

The smallest of all the clumping bamboos with a bush like appearance. Can easily be pruned and shaped.  

Bambusa ‘Malay Dwarf’ is excellent as a hedge in a tight place or for people with view corridor considerations. 

Also good for windbreak.
